How Our Drafting Service Works
Step 1
Consultation and scoping
We start with a quick conversation about your project. What are you building? Where are you at in the process? What do you need the drawings for — a planning permit, building permit, or something else? We scope the work precisely so you're not paying for anything you don't need.
Step 2
Information gathering
We collect everything needed to get started without delays — existing drawings, site details, hand sketches, photos, known council requirements. The more we have upfront, the faster we can move.
Step 3
Drawing production
Our experienced draftspeople get to work. We produce all required documentation — floor plans, elevations, site plans, construction details — to Australian standards and NCC compliance, with the level of detail councils and builders actually need.
Step 4
Review and delivery
We send you a draft copy to review. Minor revisions and updates are included in the fee. Once you're happy, we deliver a final copy ready to submit. Most projects are turned around within 5–10 business days.
